Absolutely. Our events management team arrange car services for all types of company events, including conferences, open-day road shows, summer balls and Christmas parties.

Contact us in the same way as for a UK booking: by email, through the online portal or by calling +44 (0) 208 337 9796. Driver details are provided 12–24 hours before the scheduled overseas pick-up.

Your chauffeur will meet you in Arrivals with a Falcon name board. Exact meeting instructions are included in your confirmation, and 30 minutes of waiting time is free of charge.

Provide us with a description of the item and your contact details. A member of the team will provide an update, or you can contact the chauffeur shortly after the booking to arrange collection where possible.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up are not charged. Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full, and a no-show incurs a 100% charge if we are not notified before the scheduled pick-up time.

Email accounts@falcons-ltd.com for a copy of an invoice or receipt if you have not already received one. Invoices are normally raised at the end of each week.
